What ?

Havira is a school project blockout of a level for a fictive adventure-platformer 3D game, where a boomerang is the main weapon/feature. It is made so developers could theoretically use it for a real production, with texts, colors... It also comes with a pitch deck showcasing the inspirations, 3Cs, USP, game design choices, worldbuilding, 2D map, and the pros and cons of the concept

How ?

I started by writing and sketching down ideas and quickly came up with a boomerang concept. I expanded it so it could work in a platformer environment. Then I started the level design, and when it was done, made the whole pitch deck. In the end, I worked on both at the same time to deliver the perfect symbiosis view of the project.

Who ?

It was a solo project, i did the level design research and implementation, pitch deck writing and illustration.

Why ?

The project was about creating a level design blockout for a 3D platformer game with a key feature and it's pitch deck. I chose to shift a bit from the main theme to be able to create an adventure out of it and really setup the key feature in the universe and the gameplay.
